These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and abf88 ("abf88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at abf88.cam ("Platform", "Site"). This Agreement governs all use of the abf88 platform, including but not limited to registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and customer support interactions.

By accessing or using the abf88 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other technology — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

abf88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

To register and maintain an account on abf88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. abf88 strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or restricted. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction before using abf88.
• Single account: You may only hold one registered account on the abf88 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of abf88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Voluntary participation: You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Account sharing or operating an account on behalf of another individual is not permitted.

Registration on the abf88 platform requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• All information provided must be truthful and match your official identity documents. abf88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. abf88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• You must notify abf88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or the email address listed in Section 15.
• abf88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at our sole discretion, particularly where we have grounds to believe eligibility requirements are not met.
• Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of abf88 to provide any specific game, product, or promotion.

abf88 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations, all Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed.

The following documents are accepted for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence (clear colour photograph or scan, valid and not expired).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken in good lighting conditions.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or statement evidencing ownership of the payment method used to fund your account (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account statement).

abf88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with any withdrawal request, promotion claim, or account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

All financial transactions on the abf88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts are RM20 for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and RM30 for FPX and bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong). Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of USDT 50.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. abf88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• abf88 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• DuitNow QR and FPX transfers are supported for instant local bank deposits. Processing times may vary during public holidays in Malaysia.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits. abf88 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours after approval, depending on the payment method and the Player's verification tier. Requests above RM5,000 may be subject to enhanced security review.
• abf88 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are subject to change and will be communicated via the platform's Cashier section.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement as described in Section 7.

abf88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Players must be aged 21 or above to claim any promotion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Claiming multiple accounts to receive a welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Current welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x (Standard Bonus) to 35x (Magnificent Bonus).
• Certain game categories may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements. For example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each offer's terms.
• abf88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already activated a bonus will not be affected by mid-cycle changes to that specific offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Where abf88 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of any bonus offer — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — abf88 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following general betting rules apply to all games and wagering activities on the abf88 platform, including sports betting (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets), casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• abf88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of system error, data feed malfunction, obvious pricing errors, or where an event outcome has been affected by circumstances beyond normal sporting or game conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game or sports event, bets may be voided or settled at abf88's discretion based on the available verifiable information at the time of the disruption.
• Mix Parlay bets combining multiple football selections (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets) are subject to standard parlay rules. If one selection is voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by abf88 at any time.
• abf88 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where there is evidence of match manipulation, abuse of in-play markets, or unusual wagering patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abf88 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account funds:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with abf88.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug is obligated to report it to abf88 support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the abf88 platform.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after it has been credited to your abf88 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abf88 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the abf88 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

abf88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that while the vast majority of our Players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling habits. We take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Verification: abf88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Mandatory identity verification is conducted on all accounts, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be suspended and all deposits returned.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing time spent and net wagering activity are available to all Players via account settings.

All content on the abf88 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video material — is the intellectual property of abf88 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• You must not scrape, crawl, frame, or otherwise replicate the abf88 platform or its content in whole or in part without explicit written permission from abf88.
• The abf88 name and logo are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of any abf88 trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abf88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decisions to place bets or wagers on the platform.
• Technical interruptions, platform outages, server failures, or connectivity issues beyond abf88's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

abf88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, abf88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address, though this is not guaranteed.

Your continued use of the abf88 platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of abf88 as an internationally operated online gaming platform.

In the event of any dispute between abf88 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through abf88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. Should a dispute remain unresolved after a reasonable escalation period, abf88 may refer the matter to an independent mediator at our discretion.

abf88 maintains final authority over the interpretation of these Terms in connection with all platform operations. In cases of conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
